Can I cancel or make a change in my order once it is placed?

To cancel your order or make any changes, please reach out to us at info@lxathelabel.com. If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we are usually able to make changes to your order.

I have not received my order yet. When will it arrive?

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible and we usually handle your order within a few days. If you have questions about your expected delivery time, please contact us at info@lxathelabel.com.

How do I return my product?

Do you ship outside of Sweden?

Yes, we do! An extra shipping fee may be added depending on which country you want to ship to. You as a customer are responsible for any additional customs fees.

How do I find out when an item or size is back in stock?

To be notified when an item is back in stock, visit the product page and select the size you want. Then, click the ‘Notify Me’ button and enter your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the item is available.
